[uClibc] uclibc and heap randomisation (ET_EXEC)

Hello!

The latest uclibc-cvs solved the heap randomisation issue on PAX enabled 
kernels
Thanks for these changes.

What we would need for full hardened support, is RELRO support in ldso
and Scrt1.o (PIE support) for non-x86 archs.
Than uclibc would be a full replacement for glibc, providing all the 
security related issues glibc provides too.
