[uClibc] uclibc and perl

Why do you need to point to the latest perl ?
5.6.x were no pb 2 years ago, so they should still build now.

I did compile 5.6.1 recently, and yes it was on arm. But I
did not have to do any hack... except the one from my last
post on perl on this list (look at archives), but I think
this was 5.8 already...
