[uClibc] Apropos __ctype_b

Hello!

I have a clean uClibc-0.9.21 environment (LOCALE support enabled) and 
rebuilt all the binaries. After this I have enabled XLOCALE and 
"symbol '__ctype_b': can't resolve symbol" comes (for ex. for bash, but 
probably for all binaries). Should XLOCALE not be a superset of LOCALE 
features?
I have checked xlocale.h, junk.c but I cannot decide where the problem is.
