Folks,

I've been though all the patches for binutils in the toolchain/gcc*/source
directory and all have been fixed in version 2.14.90.0.5. The only patch that
I found applicable to version 2.14.90.0.5 was binutils-010-crossbuild.patch
that appeared to be already applied in the binutils-2.14.90.0.5. I obtained
by binutils from a kernel.org mirror using 2.14.90.6 and backpatching it to
2.14.90.0.5 (I did verify the signitures). Maybe it was applicable in an
early (miss-)release?

Recommended action - remove all toolchain/gcc*/source/binutil*.patch files.

FYI I am producing an ebuild (Gentoo makefile/RPM) for this toolchain so all
the friendly Gentoo folks can use your wonderful product. If interested you
can look at http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29312 for the progress.
I have seen Rob McMullen's initial work and am trying to automate it.

Please forgive me if this has been already reported however I could not find
it using google search of the mail lists.
