[uClibc] Buildroot gcc-3.3.mk

Hello All,

There are several lines in the GCC makefile in buildroot that
contain arm-linux. These lines generate the target_gcc and
target_g++ scripts. I believe they should be replaced with
$(ARCH)-linux.

If I am wrong could someone explain.
