It would be a hard link if I fixed genext2fs to preserve
hard links.  Currently it breaks hard links....

yes it is.  It is part of tinylogin

This was a bug.  fixed thanks.

These items are all provided by findutils.  I think I botched
the last release and overwrote a number of utilities with the
busybox applet of the same name.
