[uClibc] dlopen()'ing libraries that depend on libraries

Just wanted to report that I have _finally_ gotten the nasty
"dlopen()'ing libraries that depend on libraries" problem fixed!
The tests within uClibc/tests/dlopen/ now run as expected -- at
least for me, at least on i386...

Those of you that were anxiously waiting for this fix, please
take a few minutes, grab the latest and greatest and try to abuse
it with whatever code you have that previously wouldn't work,
