[uClibc]Building uClibc for MIPS with software floating-point

Well, I figured I would copy the subject line of the i386
post. First I would like to go on record as saying that
SW floating-point support sucks to get working! Now that
I feel better, let's take a look.

I found a variety of patches for properly building SWFP
support into GCC. I have attached the patch for MIPS. I
have also attached the build log when it goes to create
the static and dynamic C libraries. I'm getting duplicate
symbols which is obvious, so I'll probably end up posting
to the GCC list also unless someone has an idea.
