[uClibc]pthread's for uclibc-arm-nommu systems

Hi,

does uClibc-0.9.11 support pthreads for MMU-less arm systems?
The config line "INCLUDE_THREADS = ..." is missing in
extra/Configs/Config.cross.arm.uclinux.
