[uClibc]swab() in swab.c attached

This might help more programs compile--I was unable to compile XFree86 4.1.0
without it (using a native gcc under a nothing-but-uClibc 0.9.10 system).

Please drop this in libc/unistd/ and add it to that directory's Makefile!
