Ok, I have now produced a C++ toolchain, and it seems to be
working.   Source to build it is on my home server.
    http://codepoet.org/toolchain/gcc-3.0.3/
With the current daily snapshot, I even have global ctors/dtors 
working, so I think it is ready for further abuse,
