[uClibc]bug in dsn lookup (0.9.11)

It seems that gethostbyname() fails if the dns server doesn't return an 
answer containing a compressed item at the beginning of the response.  I 
won't profess to understand dns responses in detail, but this patch 
attempts to include the count for the terminating 0 length field.

I think the bug is still in 9.12
