[uClibc]Precompile tool chain GCC 2.95 and uClibc for Arm(TUXScreen)

Which on of you good people have a precompiled tool chain for GCC
2.95/uClibc for the Arm. I ultimately will use this for developing
Microwindows on the Tuxscreen, and have not had good luck getting the
toolchain built.
