[uClibc]Error 127 on applying binutil patches.. Help Please

Hi There.
I get the following error while tring to rebuild gcc 2.95 with the Uclibc makefile

# Apply all binutils patches in the source directory, named binutils-*.patch
for p in /uclibc/sources/binutils-*.patch ; do \
        cat $p | patch -p1 -d /uclibc/build/binutils-2.12 ; \
done
cat: /uclibc/sources/binutils-*.patch: No such file or directory
patch: not found
make: *** [/uclibc/build/binutils-2.12/.patched] Error 127

I'm sure this is an easy one for others more skilled than me.
