[uClibc]autobuild failure on arm

Could an arm expert take a look at this and comment:

It looks like I need to add a subarchitecture symlink in the
kernel source, but I'm not sure if one of the choices is
better than another.  I would be rather disturbed if a
particular choice would affect building a user-space library.
