It soon will be.  :-)   I havn't quite released it yet, but it
should be out tonight.  Meanwhile, leave 'USE_UCLIBC_SNAPSHOT'
set to true.  Also, there was a silly bug in binutils, so I have
updated the gcc-3.1.1 toolchain on the site, so downloading it
again would be wise (fortunately, its just 6k),
