[uClibc]apache + PHP vs uclibc 0.9.11

In an amazing show of strength, uClibc 0.9.11 decided to compile both
apache 1.3.20 and PHP 4.1.2 the standard rules for editing configure
and removing all references to nsl and pam apply(to me anyway since I
don't use pam) and I had a great deal disabled, but it did build, and
amazingly enough it also works. :-) yippee!

on a side note, if any of you have any clue where (if maybe) login
writes out that the user had logged out so that programs like "who" work
properly(I think it just sets utent-type to something other than
USER_PROCESS for that entry, I just can't figure out where) that would
be great, I have a who applet for busybox that mostly works, but there's
a problem w/ uclibc(I think) before it will fully work
