[uClibc]setjmp() not working on ppc

setjmp appears not to be working on our ppc setup. I've tracked the
problem to uClibc as setjmp works if I build against the Hardhat utils
library for the power pc.

When a call to setjmp takes place, the program just ends. No core dump,
no error message. The program just ends.

I'm currently trying to track down the problem, but I thought I'd post
this in case someone who knows more than I do could help.
