[uClibc]compiling uClibc for m68knommu fails

I synced uClibc's header files with glibc 2.2.4 a bit back, but I
never went through all architectures (hoping the volunteers would
help).  This change greatly improves the C++ support and cleans
up a bunch of things.  Anyway, nobody volunteered, so your email
prompted me to get around to it.  :) I just synced up the bits
directory for m68k, mipsel, and sparc to where they should be.  

Could you try again and lets me know what sort of problems you
see?
