[uClibc]how to test uClibc with elf2flt

Hi folks, 

pardon my ignorant. Assuming i have compile uClibc for uClinux of a particular platform, however i do not have elf2flt. How can i test if the uClibc is working correctly for the platform. anyway my platform is LEON by jiri.
