[uClibc]uClibc + devfsd

Hi all,

I've sucessfully built and run devfsd 1.3.20 against uClibc.  The attached 
patch removes the NIS functionality from devfsd.

Having applied the patch, build with ``make -DWITHOUT_NLS=1''
