[uClibc]re:undefined reference to `stpncpy'

Thanks Erik. The stpncpy has beem fixed. Hopefully I can go back now and try 
compiling my other programs. Now if I can just get rid of this last error. I 
can *finally* compile rpm 4.0.3 package manager. Any ideas?
