Summary: uClibc incorrectly defining SYS_cacheflush for ARM
Description:
This issue was originally reported at the OpenEmbedded bug tracker:

http://bugs.openembedded.net/show_bug.cgi?id=4242

asm/cachectl.h is not provided for ARM, packages such as strace will try
and use this because of uclibc defining SYS_cacheflush.

The OE user has reported this in svn version, and I have this in 0.9.29
with the patches in OE head revision added.
