Summary:                    rpm options are not interpreted correctly
Description: 
rpm -bb --nodeps --target i586 specfile; works
rpm -bb --target i586 --nodeps specfile; does not work (it behaves as if
i586 would be the specfile)

the correct strace is somewhat longer because it procedes further, I have
stopped it manually

I don't understand. Is this bug wrongly categorised? It doesn't seem to
have anything to do with uclibc.
