latest commit miss

I can confirm this problem. Now I can't build tr.c, errors are:

coreutils/tr.c:120:8: error: 'ENABLE_FEATURE_TR_CLASSES' undeclared
(first use in this function)
coreutils/tr.c:120:37: error: 'ENABLE_FEATURE_TR_EQUIV' undeclared
(first use in this function)
